Who runs this. InkBefore (inkbefore.com) is operated by an independent individual, not a registered company. Contact: support@inkbefore.com.

What we do with your photo: generate your tattoo preview. That's the whole list.

Deleted within 24 hours. Your upload, the preview, and the HD files are automatically wiped from our servers within 24 hours. Download what you paid for — your copies are yours to keep.

Not used to train AI models. We don't use your photos to train AI models.

No account, no profile. We don't know who you are. A temporary session cookie ties your previews to your browser — it holds no personal data.

Processing your photo. Your photo is sent once, encrypted, to our AI image-generation provider to render the preview, then handled under the same rules above.

Payments. Purchases are handled by Whop, our Merchant of Record. Whop collects and processes your payment details under Whop's Privacy Policy. We never see or store your card.

Analytics & advertising. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement — the TikTok Pixel, and (where enabled) Plausible and Vercel Analytics — to understand which ad brought you here and whether the product works. You can block cookies in your browser; EU/UK visitors are asked to consent before non-essential cookies load.

Who else processes data. Sub-processors: our AI image-generation provider (renders the preview), Whop (payments), Vercel (hosting), and TikTok (ad measurement). Data may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and withdraw cookie consent, any time by emailing us. UK/EU users may also complain to their local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
