Who runs InkBefore. InkBefore (inkbefore.com) is an AI tool operated by an independent individual, not a registered company. You can reach the operator at support@inkbefore.com.

What it does. InkBefore generates a realistic AI preview of a tattoo on a photo you upload, to help you decide before committing. It is a visualization aid — not a real tattoo, not a tattooing service, and not medical, cosmetic, or professional advice.

18+. You must be at least 18 years old to use InkBefore.

Your photo & content. You confirm you have the right to upload any photo you submit, and you keep full ownership of it. You grant a limited, temporary licence to process it only to generate your preview, after which it is deleted per the Privacy Policy (within 24 hours). Don't upload photos of other people without their consent, or any illegal, hateful, or explicit content.

The preview you get. AI output varies. A preview is an artistic approximation and may differ from how a real tattoo would look on your skin or from an artist's final work. Use it as a guide, not a guarantee.

Payments & refunds. Purchases are sold and processed by Whop, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your order. Your payment, receipt, taxes, and any refund are handled by Whop under Whop's Terms and refund policy. Pricing is one-time — no subscription, no account. Because a preview is delivered as soon as you unlock it, it is a digital item; if something went wrong and you didn't receive a working preview, email support@inkbefore.com and we'll help sort it out with Whop.

Acceptable use. No scraping, no attempts to break or overload the service, no reselling outputs as a competing service.

Disclaimer. The service is provided "as is" by an individual operator. To the extent permitted by law, InkBefore is not liable for any decision you make based on a preview, including getting an actual tattoo. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
